Following an in-home consultation and design commitment, our experienced team will create a customised furniture package tailored to your home, lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

We do more than simply deliver furniture. We transform your space into a home that feels cohesive, inviting and ready to enjoy. From furniture placement and professionally hung artwork to made beds, steamed linen and carefully styled finishing touches, every detail is considered.

On installation day, our team delivers, assembles and styles your entire home in a single visit. Leave for a few hours and return to a beautifully finished space that feels complete from the moment you walk through the door.

Most installations are completed within approximately three weeks from proposal acceptance and full payment, although timeframes may vary depending on supplier availability and any newly sourced pieces included within your package.

 Our team will attend your property to understand your requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences. During this visit, we will take detailed measurements and photographs to ensure an accurate and tailored furniture proposal.  

Step 2: Design Fee & Concept Development

 Following the consultation, a design fee will be issued prior to commencing the curation process. Our team will then develop a bespoke furniture package, including curated selections and mood boards aligned with your style, functional needs, and budget, for your review and approval.es. Step 3: Approval & Booking

Upon your approval of the proposed package and receipt of payment, we will confirm and schedule your installation and delivery date.

Step 4: Delivery & Installation

On the scheduled day, our team will manage the full delivery, installation, and styling of your furniture package. We require access to the property, after which our team will complete the transformation seamlessly within the day.

Are all items ex-display?

No. Our standard package contains ex display however if you want some new hero pieces we will use a combination of premium ex-display furniture and newly sourced pieces selected specifically for your project.

Can I choose the furniture?

During your consultation we will discuss your style preferences, lifestyle requirements, colour palette and budget. Our team then curates a package tailored to your brief.  You will have the option to make one round of changes.

Do you provide mood boards?

Yes. We prepare mood boards of furniture selections so you can visualise the overall design before committing.

What is included in the installation?

Our team will:

  • Make and steam beds. 

  • Style cushions and accessories.

  • Professionally hang artwork. 

  • Remove all packaging and installation materials.

How long will installation take?

Most installations take between 4–6 hours depending on the size of the property and scope of works.

Do I need to be home during installation?

No. We actually recommend that clients leave the property during installation and return once the transformation is complete.

What do I need to provide on installation day?
  • Uninterrupted access to the property.

  • No trades or contractors working onsite.

  • Power connected and available.

  • Clear access to all rooms being furnished.

Why can't trades be onsite during installation?

Our installations involve furniture delivery, artwork hanging, styling and bed preparation. Trades onsite can slow the process, create safety issues and increase the risk of damage to furniture and finishes.

Do you hang artwork?

Yes. Artwork is professionally positioned and hung by our professional (third party) art hanger as part of the installation.

Can I make changes after accepting the proposal?

Changes may be possible prior to ordering, however additional fees or revised lead times may apply depending on the items selected.

What happens if an item becomes unavailable?

Occasionally suppliers experience stock shortages or shipping delays. If an item becomes unavailable, we will recommend a suitable alternative of comparable style, quality and value for your approval.

Is the furniture new?

Many pieces are ex-display items from our styling inventory and display homes, while others may be newly sourced to complete your package. All furniture is quality checked prior to installation.

Can you furnish only part of my home?

Yes. We can create packages for a single room, selected rooms, or an entire property.
